Email you send us
When you email us, we receive your address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask about an assessment or a licence, to discuss and provide it. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose and for our business records, and for no longer than the law requires us to keep those records. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and we share it only with the providers that run our email, under their obligations to protect it, or where the law requires.
Please do not send us confidential deal documents or other people's personal information by email. If an assessment goes ahead, we agree with you how anything sensitive is exchanged and kept.
DeepReview assessments
A DeepReview assessment works from public information about a company and the systems it owns. It is run only for organisations with a legitimate interest in that company, and its results are given only to them. The terms of each assessment, including how its results are kept and for how long, are agreed before it starts.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
